I'm a designer and artist living in the Midwest with my cats, dogs, and an ever-evolving list of exciting creative projects. I design across a range of media, from print to digital, static to animated, simple icons to complex in-person activations, and will occasionally get my hands dirty creating large-scale murals, watercolors, and stained glass.
In past lives I've worked as a set painter for an opera, an art conservator for universities, an artwork framer, an arts management teacher, and a nonprofit marketing manager. I find joy in supporting my community, tapping into shared experiences, and taking care of those around me. My creative inspiration is eclectic: the arts and crafts movement of the late 1800s, lithographic posters at the turn of the century, organic architecture and the playfulness of midcentury modern design, the patterns found in nature, the rawness of graffiti and street art, and American traditional tattoos.
